Practice Philosophy

Our office strives to provide the best dental care possible. We feel that by having a well educated and compassionate staff we are able to provide gentle quality care in a clean, state-of-the-art office. We understand that the patient’s optimum oral health is our primary goal.

The concerns for sterility and safety are taken very seriously by utilizing protective glasses, gloves, masks, cold and heat sterilizers, and digital radiography, which significantly reduces radiation exposure. Our office feels the greatest service we can offer is to help our patients avoid the need for extensive dental treatment. We educate our patients in proper homecare and nutrition, and recommend various tools and medications to improve their oral health.

Together, we will discuss a number of treatment alternatives that will be in the patient’s best interest. Our dental team, with all its combined knowledge and expertise, can provide the long-term comprehensive care that is needed to help people stay comfortable and dentally functional for life.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you may be subject to being charged an additional fee.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, as well as offer financing options through CareCredit.
